Veggie burger from Costco recalled due to possible egg contamination

A veggie burger sold at Costco is being recalled because of undeclared egg in the product.

Recall applies to Dr. Praegers Organic Kale and Quinoa Veggie Burgers

A veggie burger sold at Costco is being recalled because of undeclared egg in the product.

Dr. Praeger's Organic Kale and Quinoa Veggie Burgers are sold in a 1.2-kilogram package, have a UPC of 0 80868 53138 0 and a product code of either 17 AU (August) 01 G16AB or 17 AU (August) 15 G16BF, according to a notice posted by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.

The recall applies to New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Quebec.

There has been one illness associated with consuming this burger.
