Joining ric Grenier this week to break down the upcoming provincial election in Saskatchewanis Murray Mandryk, political columnist for the Regina Leader-Post.
The latest polls out of the province show the governing Saskatchewan Party to be enjoying a lead of more than 20 points against the opposition New Democrats.
But after the shock of the Alberta provincial election last year, the potential for another surprise still exists. Technically, at least.
The safe money, according to Mandryk, is squarely on Brad Wall. But what does the election mean in the national context, as Wall increasingly steps into the spotlightto urge support for the energy industry from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau?
