Here are the lines that, by design or otherwise, resonated with voters and viewers Tuesday night amidst key presidential primary races in the U.S.

Marco Rubio

After losing his home state of Florida to Donald Trump, Marco Rubiosuspended his campaign for the Republican presidential candidacy.

Rubio offered up a prayer for the eventual Republican candidate, after coming to the conclusion that the presidency was not in the stars for him.

After taking North Carolina, Ohio, Illinois and Florida,Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton pivoted from her race against Bernie Sanders to talk about the current Republican front-runner.

Democratic candidateBernie Sanders continued to rail against Wall Street, Super PACs and corporate America at a rally in Phoenix, Ariz. He also took on Donald Trump.

John Kasich

John Kasich was energized Tuesday night after winning the most Republican delegates in his home state of Ohio, where he is governor. He told his supporters that the campaign continues.

Ted Cruz

Ted Cruz gave astump speech in his home state of Texas, where he criticized the Iranian nuclear deal, Obamacare andthe state of the military. He also encouraged Rubio's supporters to come and join his campaign after Rubio's loss in Florida.

And Republican front-runner Donald Trump spoke in front of a loud crowd of supporters at his Mar-A-Lago Club in Palm Beach, in his signature punchy and controversial style.
