Nature Craft: DIY Pine Cone Friends

Daisy loves to make nature crafts, and here is how to make her pine cone friends! Click on the image below for a printable PDF of this project, or scroll down for the instructions.

Step 1

Head outside and collect some pine cones. Try looking under a coniferous tree, like a fir or a pine.

Step 2

Gather your craft supplies. You'll need glue, googly eye, buttons, pipe cleaners, paper and paint. You can use some simple craft glue but you may need to ask an adult to use a glue gun.

Step 3

Use your imagination! Maybe she'll have feet, wings, antennae or a tail. It's up to you!

Remember there is no right or wrong way to make a nature craft, so have fun!
