Namita Moolani Mehra

Namita divides her time between cooking, writing, consulting, and chasing her pre-schooler around the apartment. A lifelong foodie and third culture kid, Namita gave up a successful career in digital marketing (Ogilvy & Facebook) to launch a small business dedicated to simplifying Indian cooking at home while giving back to children in need. Namita teaches cooking classes and has authored two books, a cookbook inspired by her Facebook page 'Indian Spicebox' which has over 54K fans and a children's book called 'The Magic Spicebox' published by Scholastic. She currently resides in Singapore (her fifth country of residence) with her husband and 3-year-old son. Namita holds an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.
