Bryce Dallas Howard hopes Joss Whedon will change his mind about "Jurassic World," she told HuffPost Live on Monday.

Whedon stirred up controversy in April after he called a clip from the film "sexist" on Twitter. The director later issued an apology of sorts in which he said he "shouldn't have tweeted" the remark, and even though he still felt the scene was "problematic," his criticisms were better suited for "dinner party conversation."

In the video above, Howard discusses how she felt about Whedon's remarks, which she doesn't think properly characterize the movie.
