Michelle Obama joined President Obama onstage for the signing of the Edward M. Kennedy Serve America Act wearing pin-striped pants, a purple Maria Cornejo jacket, and one of her favorite belts. (See a slideshow of her belts here. )

She later helped plant a tree as part of a service project at the Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens, removing her jacket in cool April conditions to reveal a sleeveless deconstructed blouse with a big bow on the front. Remember the last time she wore a bow?
