Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent are married ! The coupled tied the knot at the New York Public Library, officially becoming the first same-sex couple to wed at the iconic New York Location .

The "American Dream Builders" host and Rachel Zoe's former assistant got engaged in April of last year , after first appearing as a couple when the New York Post spotted them "kissing at the sunglass rack in the men's section" in December of 2012.

After the engagement, Brent told E! news the couple planned to have a "really sexy wedding ceremony, like really masculine but sexy feel . Its been really great and been a really fun process for us to blend our aesthetics together and really create this whole moment."

People magazine reported that the decor "combined their color palette of black, whites and creams ," with gold elements, as well as a custom built wall, using "linens from Berkus's own fabric line blended with his Target collection."
