Shannen Doherty managed to finalize her divorce with ex-husband Kurt Iswarienko just hours before her death on Saturday from Stage 4 breast cancer that had spread to her bones and brain.

Court documents obtained by People show that the Beverly Hills 90210 star agreed to waive spousal support just a day before she died and also agreed to a default or uncontested dissolution of the marriage.

Iswarienko, a celebrity photographer, signed the documents on Saturday, the same day Doherty died.

The parties have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court, the documents read, according to People.

Doherty and Iswarienko got married in 2011 in a Malibu ceremony. Doherty filed for divorce in April 2023. In December, she revealed that Iswarienko had been cheating on her for two years something the actor said she learned just before going into brain surgery to remove a tumor.
