Sharon Osbourne is swearing off plastic surgery forever. The 60-year-old television personality made news when she revealed that she had quietly undergone a preventative double mastectomy after discovering that she had the gene for breast cancer. She also learned that one of her breasts "was in a really bad state" because of her breast implants.

Now Ozzy Osbourne's wife (and mom to Kelly and Jack Osbourne) says she's not going under the knife for cosmetic purposes again.

"No more, because I was looking at pictures of myself recently since I started to lose weight," Osbourne said on her CBS talk show, "The Talk," Monday. "And in a lot of shots, my face looks plastic and at certain angles I was like, 'Oh, dear. Oh, I should never have done that. Oh, that's a bad one. So I'm like, 'No more. No more abuse.'"

This isn't Osbourne's first battle with cancer. In 2002, she was diagnosed with colon cancer.
