Travis Kelce already has a dream job drawn up in his playbook for his post-NFL career.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end revealed in Wednesdays episode of his podcast, New Heights, that he hopes to become a sportscaster after he retires from the league.

Kelce shared his career aspirations after his brother, Jason Kelce, the recently retired Philadelphia Eagles center and New Heights co-host, proposed the brothers buy a minority stake in the Eagles organization.

The Chiefs player quickly shut down the idea, explaining that he wouldnt want to jeopardize his potential opportunities in TV with any conflict of interest as a minority owner in the NFL.

I want to broadcast when Im done playing, he said, before jokingly doing an exaggerated impression of a sports commentators voice.

I want to be the talking head that calls the games, he said.

Travis Kelce, who helped the Chiefs win the Super Bowl in February, signed a two-year, $34.25 million contract with the team in April, The Associated Press reported , citing unnamed sources familiar with the terms.

Chiefs General Manager Brett Veach told the publication at the time that Travis Kelce is the highest-paid tight end in the league.
