Forget the Running Man Challenge and Juju on the beat - the Mannequin Challenge has arrived and its epic!

For the past few weeks, your social media feeds have probably been filled with your friends and celebrities filming themselves in frozen positions. Now, why you might ask? Well, were not exactly sure why a group of high school kids decided to create the challenge, but they did and it spread like wildfire!

The Mannequin Challenge consists of getting creative and freezing like mannequins while someone films the scene and its usually set to Rae Sremmurds song Black Beatles, although you can set it to whatever song youd like. Everyone from Destinys Child to Paul McCartney to Adele have joined in on the fun. Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian even did it from the hospital room before...or maybe after giving birth to baby Dream.
