Todd Rokita previously accused the states largest hospital system of not protecting the privacy of a 10-year-old rape victim who traveled to Indiana to receive abortion drugs.
Dr. Caitlin Bernard originally sued Attorney General Todd Rokita to stop him from investigating her after she provided an abortion to a 10-year-old Ohio child who was raped.
Dr. Caitlin Bernard's suit seeks to block Todd Rokita from using allegedly frivolous consumer complaints to issue subpoenas seeking patients confidential medical records.
Dr. Caitlin Bernard's lawyer said Attorney General Todd Rokita's investigation relied on consumer complaints from people with "no first-hand knowledge."

Police say the 27-year-old defendant confessed to raping the girl on two separate occasions upon his July 12 arrest.
