The yearslong #OscarsSoWhite campaign is paying off. The academy is finally recognizing the talent of women and stars of color in Hollywood.
As we celebrated Moonlights win, people of color were still the butt of the jokes.
This year's Oscar Nominations were more diverse than the year before, however, there is still a long way to go before true progress is achieved.
